Travel to Germany to sell our textile

Our activities to restore Cambodian Textiles have been introduced on a TV program produced by ARTE in Germany. Since then, I received a lot of e-mails of encouragement from the viewers living in not only Germany but also its neighboring countries such as France. They’ve realized through the program that purchasing our textiles will greatly help our activities. So they asked me to sell our textiles in Europe, as there is still no way to access to our products in that area even in the Internet. We now only have a shop in Siem Reap in Cambodia.

Since I was impressed their encouragement, I decided to travel to Germany to respond the demands.
Their messages included the understanding of our supporting system of women in poverty. For our activities, we employ such women and they deeply deal with their tradition. The viewers made out that would help the women revive proud which they’d once lost due to the war-torn era.

I have other reason that I decided to visit Germany. One of the viewers, only 14-year-old girl, recently made an offer to make a donation to us. She tried to send her money to our office in Cambodia, but the commission charge was more expensive than the amount of contributions. She told me to make the way to donate us easily in Europe.
Since I heard from her, I determined to take the warm donation directly from her.

I will travel to Germany to see the people cheering us up like this. To make this true, I asked a German to arrange my visit, who has made several visit to us.

As I expected, he kindly agreed my request. I am really looking forward to a visit from now.
